WIREX ¿SE QUEDARÁN MI CAPITAL?
Tengo mi cuenta bloqueada desde el 06/05/20 con más de 1.000€ en ella aún a 26/08/20 (más de 3 meses después) aún ni me indican el motivo y como corregirlo. Y tras indicarles que me devuelvan los fondos me dicen que hasta que el dpto. "correspondiente" no informe de la situación no pueden hacer nada. ¿SE QUEDARÁN CON MI CAPITAL? Como se que lo van a pedir os lo doy ya. Ticket de reclamación: 1379792

Mi cuenta fue bloqueada a mitad de mayo y hoy 30 de julio aún no me han dado respuesta del motivo o ni siquiera acceder a la devolución de mis fondos. Pésima atención al usuario. ¿Por favor me pueden devolver mi capital? Os lo he pedido un montón de veces y solo contestáis que el servicio especializado está revisando la incidencia: ¿casi 2 meses para hacerlo?
