Llevo más de un mes detrás de ellos intentando que me devuelvan el dinero que no consumí de mi puelsera del estival de elrow. Siempre me dicen que tienen problemás técnicos, que ya me llegará o directamente ni me contestan. Ha pasado más de un mes y medio no consigo que me devuelvan mi dinero. Si vais a un festival y esa este servicio para el cashless, no precargueis de forma anticipada!
ESTAFADORES
Me contestáis a la reseña intentando quedar bien de cara al público cuando ya os he escrito 4 e mails a vosotros y 7 a Howler y encima ellos que son los únicos que contestan me dan largas o me mandan un e mail en italiano diciendo que me tengo que esperar de 7 a 14 días, tenéis más cara que espalda, deberíais poneros en contacto conmigo VOSOTROS que sois los que tratáis mal a los clientes y no resolvéis los problemas

Parece que un UX no he revisado la app
El diseño de la aplicación esta bien, se ve que la idea inicial era buena, pero da la impresión que la persona que la ha implementado no ha usado un smartphone en su vida. A cada paso hay fricción innecesaria en las interacciones, hay funcionalidades que están enterradas en sitios insospechables, hasta hay elementos de UI que funcionan al revés, por ejemplo arrastrar con el dedo para arriba en la pantalla para desplazar una tarjeta emergente hacía abajo... ¡¿En que momento?!
Como recomendación de otro desarrollador pagad a un QA.
