XpressoBooks is not just a CashBook system with an App tacked on as an afterthought. It is an integrated MTD solution, making it easy for you, the busy accounting professional to easily manage all your clients’ data from one simple to use program.
By using smartphones for Data entry, clients will be more likely to keep their books up to date, and all you need to do is update and verify your clients’ data before submitting VAT returns or preparing Final Accounts.
All your clients’ data is synced and backed up to our server and your Desktop PCs. If there is no internet your admin program and your client’s App will still work and, syncing takes place when there is a reliable connection.
Using the built-in two way messaging/alert facility, you will cut down on the number of office interruptions due to unproductive telephone calls, or the usual telephone “tag” when missing information is needed.
Fast data entry and ease of use means the App will be used daily.
The Mobile App has been designed so that the user can enter Takings, Supplier payments and Bankings without going through endless menus. Compare our Home Screen with other Apps - A picture is worth a thousand words.
