Te cobran 25 dólares x el proceso de alta, que debe durar maximo 2 días. 15 días después de solicitarla aún no me han dado de alta y no quieren devolverme los 25 dólares.

Worst carsharing app

This app needs a LOT of development. You register and fill all of the information and requirements; assuming your account gets approved and ready to use. Just to find out that when you are about to reserve one of their cars, they say that your account was closed and you have to re activate again. Apparently they charge you for the monthly plans they offer without being able to use their service. When you ask to close your account and get a refund, they say “ The application fee is non refundable to cover the administration costs that they incur when processing your application” . Those kind of actions look really bad on such companies, I’m used to work with other companies such as Car2Go, Emov, Zity, Ecooltra, and never had such bad experiences. Hopefully one of the companies mentioned start working in the UK, and show how a real Carsharing companie works and treats their clients.
