Fallo iphone 6s
El servicio tecnico es sinceramente PENOSO. Llevo 3 meses con la app bloqueada en la pantalla de reservar el coche y todavia no lo han arreglado (si, he avisado al servicio tecnico pero como es un fallo poco frecuente les da absolutamente igual)
Muy decepcionado
Mala aplicación
Los coches muy bien. La aplicación funciona mal, no me deja hacer nada. Llamas para pedir soluciones y te dan soluciones que no solucionan nada. Por culpa de la app se me quedó abierto un coche casi 3 horas, las cuales me cobraron. Ya he llamado 4 veces y ni me van a devolver el dinero ni van a resolver el problema.
Cuidado con la franquicia
Nunca habia tenido ningun problema hasta que me di un pequeño golpe. Sin tener apenas unas rozaduras me han pasado un cargo de 230€ sin previo aviso alegando que han tenido que hacer varias reparaciones cuando tengo fotos que indican lo contrario. Parece que aprovechan estas situaciones para reparar todos los daños sean tuyos o no de lo que puedan tener unos vehiculos que usan miles de personas. Asi que cuidado con la franquicia que tienen seguro a todo riesgo pero los 300€ no te los quita nadie...
