Te cobran una suscripción por las notificaciones push, es decir, si no tienes la app abierta en primer plano no puedes recibir llamadas a menos que pagues una suscripción al mes

Hello! This is a normal behaviour due to the specifics of the mobile OS (Android or iOS). Push Notifications is needed to receive incoming calls when Zoiper works in the background. It is available as an optional in-app purchase (monthly/yearly subscription), so you can choose whether to opt for it.
