Llevo unos meses haciendo pedido y el servicio bueno,un Polín colapsado en navidades pero algo lógico dadas las fechas.

Donaciones
Estoy muy descontenta, porque este mes me caducan 200 zooPuntos, he querido canjearlo en donaciones y aunque es cierto que no me pide dinero por el envío no me deja tramitarlo porque el pedido es inferior a 15€. Me parece muy bien que te dejen canjear los puntos con donaciones pero solo puedes canjear puntos si compras algo, aunque tu ya ganaste los puntos mediante compras. Un poco verguenza.
