Absolutely Amazing

I love Zova,

It’s very convenient when you’re traveling or too busy to go to the gym and don’t want to lose your shape.

They’ve got different workouts for different needs such as full body, upper body, etc... The workouts are usually between 10 - 15 minutes.

They’ve got videos of the workouts so you can see what you’re supposed to do unlike other apps. It also counts down for you, so you don't have to look at your phone while working out.

Its the perfect app if you want to workout from home.

i love this app. i use it pretty much every week!

Great app

The app is great for me, design is neat, exercise are short but intense.

I wish in the future the app can display the calories burn with each workout in the description not just when you accomplish them. Also it would be nice if you can keep track of your points accumulated in a month.
