Old device stopped working
Since bew software was published my old wave plus stopped working even though I have followed the steps given by customer support

Hello and thank you for your feedback on your device. Your current device should work the same with the new application. Please ensure to use the same login information for the previous application in the new application. We hope that through these additional troubleshooting steps you will be able to have your monitor up and running again.

- Time is showing 3 hours a go permanently
- bar color is red and on trend view color is yellow
