How Alba Health works
1. Test at home. You receive an easy to use at-home stool test kit, and you send the sample back to us. Fill in a short lifestyle & health questionnaire, and we'll take it from there.
2. Get your results. We analyse your baby's gut microbiome in our certified lab using state of the art sequencing techniques and send back a detailed insights report with results.
3. Get support: Discuss your action plan with our certified Nutrition & Health Coach in a 1:1 consultation.

Scientific approach
Alba Health is working with leading paediatricians, gastroenterologists, nutritionists and researchers that together form our scientific advisory board and has over 1600 scientific publications combined.
Alba Health has established a research collaboration with the University of Helsinki’s Health and Early Life Microbiota (HELMi) cohort, one of the world’s leading child health cohorts that links gut health, lifestyle, and health outcomes. Collecting over 10,000 microbiome samples, 50,000 lifestyle datapoints from over 1000 children during 6 years.
