I haven’t got my money back after canceling my order . donno why and there isn’t any way to contact with any employees. I also wrote them a message through messenger still no answer 🤷🏼‍♂️.

Loooove this apppp soooo muchhhh

Returning is soo complicated

Asos is really nice place to shop. Most of the items are pretty cheap and good quality but the returns are sooo complicated. I want to return an item that doesn’t fit probably but it’s so complicated. I have to print a label my self or do it online but on online it doesn’t find any drop off places. And I don’t have a printer so I don’t know what to do. Like do I have to buy a printer just to return an item?
