What’s New

Version 3.14

Brand new on Insights: Days Tracked calendar & Time of Day activity graph.
Consistency is the key to building lifelong healthy habits and journaling is the best tool available to support us.

With our new Days Tracked calendar view you can make sure you are consistent in tracking your food, movement, and other activities. (Tracking everyday will give you the best results. However, that doesn't mean you should do everything every day. For example when it comes to movement, make sure you include some rest days to allow your body and mind to recover.)

Curious how your habits are spread out throughout the day (and on different days of the week)? Check out our new Time of Day activity graph that looks at the past 30 days to help you visualize when you are the most active. Any outliers? I found a few on my graph. (I need to cut out late night meals!)

We also fixed a ton of bugs, made some speed improvements, and enhanced some of the data being pulled in from Apple Health.

More changes coming soon to help you better manage the Insights page!

Just what I was looking for

This is great for anyone who simply wants to log what they eat, without worrying about calories, nutrition facts etc.

In this app user gives feedback about the situation when and how they ate, and how the food made them feel later. It's also possible to set loose goals and give feedback about staying on that path. For intermediate fasting this is also great assisting app as it's tracking the duration between meals.

I guess that the future versions will provide more analytics, so that I could see correlations from the data I have submited. When that happens I will give this full five stars.

Developer Response ,

Hi, Thanks for the feedback. We are working on a follow friend feature right now, coming out really soon. Once that is released, we will be adding advanced analytics to help see those correlations. So hold on, it's coming! Enjoy your path!
