Parenting is challenging, but you are not alone! BEAM (Building Emotional Awareness and Mental health) is a mobile health platform that supports family mental health and well-being for parents and caregivers with young children. Each week, new psychoeducational videos are released, providing useful tips and information within one easy-to-use app. Users also have access to 1-on-1 peer coaching support, a private interactive forum where they can receive peer support, and opportunities to connect with experts who specialize in mental health and parenting.
