Connecting problem

Every time i need to erase app and reloading, because it doesn’t connect.

Equalizer still missing

Overall, the app is decent and has all the important features, including the ability to control the feeling of transparency and noise cancellation.

However, the EQ- software is missing.

Many competing brands such as Bose and Sony provide an EQ- function in their softwares.

I really hope, that Bowers&Wilkins app developers examine this comment and add that simple feature in the next update.

The suggestion has been passed to our development team and future updates will centralise control for headphone models and may include extra features requested.

In the meantime, EQ is of course available in the media player software, or settings of the source product.

Annoying bug

The PX7’s sound amazing.

The ambient passthrough went completely haywire: I usually listen with only moderate volumes and at first ambient passthrough worked fine.

Yesterday, while listening again with about 20-25% volume, I enabled ambient passthrough and BOOM!!!! The volume level shot to 100% and with PX7’s that is LOUD!

I had to reset the headphones from the app and pair them again. Firmware or app bug? The headphone firmware version is the latest, v 1.2.
