BREAK PRO is a break exercise app designed by top Finnish physiotherapists. The app increases your well-being by reminding you of short breaks, guiding you through refreshing break exercises, and adding movement to your day. The app prevents the health hazards of prolonged sitting and sedentary lifestyle while recharging your mind, renewing your focus, and elevating your mood.

EXERCISES

The app offers a variety of guided exercises that are effective for the whole body. Included are also Pilates, Ergonomics, Mindfulness, Voice Care, and Youth sections. You can choose quick one-minute exercises or enjoy longer warm-ups. All movements are designed by professionals and safe to perform.

USAGE

Download the app on up to five different devices, set your reminders, and choose exercises that best suit your needs. Let the exercise videos shot in sunny Finnish landscapes refresh your day and elevate your health.

Display not ok for iPhone15

App has become unusable with change to iPhone15. App display field with content covers max half of display size and due to this the content becomes too small to be able to read any text and not possible to enlarge the field
