How it works:
1. Enable the Call Ranger extension in iOS Settings: Phone -> Call Blocking & Identification.
2. Open the CallBlocker app, go to Settings, and make sure the "Block Calls" switch is enabled.
3. Tap on "Setup your Blocking rules" and enter the country code prefix (e.g., '1' for "+1 123 456 7899"). Tap "Next".
4. Enter the full phone number you want to block (e.g., '4151234567' for "+1 4151234567").
5. Choose how many digits to wildcard (up to 12!).
Example:
- '4151234567' with 7 wildcards becomes "415XXXXXXX"
- Blocks all numbers from +1 4150000000 to +1 4159999999
