The Carrier Service Technician app provides an easy to use, powerful app that is designed to help the technician standing in front of a unit. The app helps them at the job site to find out what parts they need to make repairs, and it has an on-board GPS to help identify the closest location to find the parts.

Added installation feature for the new Carrier Smart Thermostat.The Carrier Service Technician app can now be used for full system setup, including HVAC configuration, advanced settings and thermostat testing via Bluetooth. In addition, declare your dealership as the servicing dealer to continue monitoring the system post-install through Carrier’s digital tools. To get started, tap the ‘Connect to Equipment’ button on the Home screen.
