Amazing but has annoying bugs

I absolutely adore this game but sometimes it will bug out randomly and say the chapter needs to be started again, and then it will make me replay the chapter from the start and won’t even make up for it by letting me restart without having to use a key. Instead the process is deleted and I have to pay for it with a new key. It has happened to me about three times now, and since I get a new key every three hours or so, it kinda pisses me off to wait six hours to play one chapter because of a random bug.
