Zero support after getting into an accident
Got into an accident in another country. Had to call support 5 (five) times, they couldn’t tell me anything. Will your representative come to the accident scene? “No idea”. He did come unannounced after few hours though. How much will repairs cost? “No idea”. I also had to buy another package while waiting for those representatives to arrive since they have refused to end my ride.
Never using them again.

Not recommended
We were traveling to a famous touristic area of Kaunas. although there are quite a lot free parking spaces there, the app did not allow parking. we had to walk about 2 km on a bad road and we paid about 10 euro for this trip

the app shows areas where you can end reservation. If you want to park the car elsewhere, you can do so, but you need to keep the reservation. Drive safe!
