Game does not open!!!

I have tried having the app open overnight, more than 9 hours, but still not getting further than the startup screen. Tried restarting my phone and downloading it again, same thing. My iPhone is SE2020, updated and with lots of storage space. I’d love to give it 5 stars and a great review cause I know I’d love the game. I had it on my computer years ago, but never got to finish it then but now can’t do anything with it cause it doesn’t even open…
