Everything you need

Delivers exactly what it promises. The training workflow is nice and the exercises are well thought out. The custom mode is also very useful.

Idea for further development:

This app (like pretty much any other ear training app) does not seem to take time or repetition into account. Spaced repetition is a cornerstone of learning, but in these apps, a level passed once will always remain passed and it is up to the user to understand that if you grind through 3-4 drills in a longer session, and then take a few days break, you would probably no longer be able to pass some (or any) of them.

There could be a mode where spaced repetition is taken into account. The user would be forced to revisit older drills at least once or twice (for example: drill x needs to be recompleted once after passing drill x+5 and for the final time after drill x+10). This would be quite heavy if done for every single drill, so perhaps it would work best if only some important drills got this feature (such as the ones at the end of a chapter in easy mode).

At the bare minimum, there could be a view that shows how long it has been since each drill was completed, so that it would be easier to see what needs to be rehearsed.

Its great!

I guess I can say I`ve been using it for years already. Best ear trainer out of the dozen or so I`ve tried.

Two stars because of measuring fastness in order to pass levels

Two stars because of measuring time and fastness in order to pass levels. This feature made me to stop using the otherwise good app.

Developer Response ,

Hello and thank you for you review. The scoring system, although challenging and hopefully fun for some, is completely optional.
Have you tried to enable the "free progression" mode in the options? This way you don't have to worry about your timings! Best.
