Just not very easy to use.
Orders returning every time
I recently won 3 different raffles. 1 was sent back and I never heard of it. It appeard in the post offices app but they couldn’t do anything since it was returned when I got the app snd noticed it was supposed to be delivered. Adidas has a problem in writing the delivery address and phone number on the shipping. - That’s at least what I was told by the post office. Never going to receive what I paid for 😂 Adidas customer service can’t even help since if the status changes to returning it can’t be sent back or cancelled. This is the only place I can write about this bs I’m experiencing since adidas has a fkn whatsapp customer service that can’t even speak well. Sounds like it’s a robot that just asks same questions over and over.
