DHL service is horrible
Couriers do not call nor visit even the door every time they claim. And then starts the time consuming process of trying to get your delivery to your door. Seems like a rule that they dont even try to do the delivery. This has happened almost every time. App is basic functionality - bare minimum - and as such it works but please keep away from DHL whenever you can! Use Posti/PostNord/etc..

App vs service.
The app does what a shipping app does. The service is as poor as possible though. Why bother using it - no way to redirect a package without adding days of delay to your delivery. No real updates ever on status of a package. Dhl should try shipping some packages through PostNord. Dhls service is poor. The people are friendly, the service is poor.
