DNA CALL
To be able to use the application, your organisation must have DNA Vaihdepalvelu in use.
With the DNA Call mobile application:
- You have all of your company's contact information in one up-to-date phonebook
- You see the availability of your compnay's other users
- You can transfer a call to the right person
- You can modify and show your availability (for example available, on vacation, in a meeting)
- You can see callers name if the caller's phone number can be found from the company's phone book
DNA Call is not optimized for tablets, a phone is needed for the full functionality.

Puheluiden ohjaaminen ei toimi
iPhone 8+, sovellus ja puhelin ajantasalla 24/08/2021. Vaihteesta tulevien puheluiden uudelleenohjaus DNA Callin kautta ei onnistu. Kun etsii henkilön jolle puhelu tulisi yhdistää ja klikkaa esim. puhelin-ikonista, luulee sovellus että haluaisin itse soittaa tuolle henkilölle, eikä sovellus edes yritä tarjota mahdollisuutta ohjata linjalla olevaa avointa puhelua.
