Makes you iPad a MacBook!
Documents has given me full control over my file system! Finally I have fully replaced my laptop with my iPad. Because of Documents, I can arrange all my files and folders exactly how I want them, and I can move files between my PC-rig and iPad effortlessly! Why has apple not implemented these features!? Absolutely amazing app/system!!! 10/10!

Tämä on tosiaan huijaussovellus, selvittelin juuri asiaa Applen tuen kanssa. Kun itse eilen asensin Documents-apin, tuli tänään 54,99€ tilausmaksu ”Professional PDF Editor”-vuositilauksen nimissä. Apple-tuen mukaan heille on rekisteröitynyt, että olisin aloittanut kokeilujakson tästä tilauksesta 27.3., mutta koska asensin koko Documents-appsin vasta eilen illalla (2.4.), on tuo päiväys ilmeisesti väärennetty. Documents ei myöskään anna mitään varoitusta vuositilauksen osalta, vaan kytkee tämän maksullisen palvelun heti automaattisesti päälle. Pysykää loitolla!

Let me draw your attention that according to Apple’s standard policies of subscriptions on apps, once a trial ends most subscriptions start automatically thus you’re automatically charged for the subscription.
Speaking about the refund, please follow the steps to cancel your subscription first: open iOS Settings - tap your name at the top - Subscriptions - select Documents - tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see such an option, this means the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.
As for the refund, the thing is that we have no possibility to send it to your credit card directly as all the billing processes come through Apple. You may contact Apple directly to request the refund. For this, please refer to this page: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084
In case you were unable to receive a refund, please drop us a line at rdsupport@readdle.com so that we could get back to you with the detailed solution to the situation you have come across with. Thank you for your understanding!
