EMpower is EML’s free online portal designed to help you manage your claims when you’ve had a staff member injured at work. As an EML customer, you can have secure access to claims and payment information at any time of the day.
With EMpower you can:
• Lodge an online injury notification / new claim
• Access claims information
• Upload claims related documents
• Access to claim resources and information
• Access to online Member Benefits tools

The most significant change in this upgrade is that users will now have a single log-in for all policies under your registered email address, including multiple policies in NSW and / or Victoria.
We have updated the look and feel and introduced a menu bar to allow for easy access and navigation around the portal.
