Pitfalls

I really like Espresso House. And I was really happy when I realized that it has an app, but...
First of all, I have Sweden as a preselected country in my app however I’m living in Finland. And I can’t change this setting manually.
The second one: I tried to contact with support but every time I saw the error: “Unable to send email. Please, check your email settings and try again”. But I filled the email field in my profile. Still doesn’t work.
Last but not least, I visited Espresso House four times since I’ve installed the app and I scanned the code every time. I can see four receipts in my app but I still have 0 stamps. Do I do something wrong? Do I need some extra actions to increment it?

WHAT STUPID FIKA???

PLEASE TAKE THE STUPID FIKA SYSTEM AWAY IT PISSES ME OFF SO MUCH AND ITS USELESS! ANYWHERE I LOOK IN THE APP I JUST SEE THE WORD ”FIKA”

I DONT UNDERSTAND THIS SYSTEM, BRING THE OLD ESPRESSO HOUSE BACK!!! PEOPLE DONT LIKE CHANGE

IM AN ESPRESSO HOUSE VETERAN BUT I MIGHT AS WELL STOP GOING THERE NOW.

Fika points!

I really like the app. But do i need to buy my drink in the app to get fika points?

Could i get a fast answer i need to know!

Hi, it will be best to buy the drink in the app and in this way you will get Fika Points when your order is over 5€. Or you can scan your membership in the counter and pay with your card, if your order is over 5€, you will also get 1 Fika Point in this way.
Topping up in the app and completing Fika Fun challenges can also earn you Fika Points!
