Versio 3.9.0

- Performance improvements and fixes for favourite player issues and overall app - please ensure to log back into your MyTour account after you update the app.
- Fixed the issue that favourites all players instead of individual players when favouriting a player on the rankings.
- Improved login process and sign-up process.
- Enabled the ability to display Road to Mallorca points for qualifying DP World Tour events in player's results.

Terrible experience & can’t add favorites

Can’t add favorite players among other things. Very frustrating. You can do better!

Thank you for your feedback and patience. We released a fix for this issue with version 3.8.9. As a reminder you will need to login or create an account with MyTour to use the favourite player feature. If you are still having issues please could you delete and re-install the app and if that does work please send further details to website.feedback@europeantourgroup.com and we will investigate this for you. If you could include your account username and device details that will help us. Thank you

Favourites still not working

Still can’t add favourites or see my old favourites. I can search players but I can’t star them to add to my list.

No favourites?!

Can not add nor see any fav players any more.

Thank you for your feedback and patience. We are pleased to update you that the favourite player issue and login issue has been resolved with our latest update 3.8.9. You will find all historical favourite players available once you update. Thanks
