Notification alerts stopped working.

Lost pw, can’t recover

Contact request. Did not notice that I have to bind my email for password recovery cause I did validate the email to receive notices from cameras so thought that was enough AND NOW I can’t reset password or remember the old one. Anything I can do to reset pw without resetin cameras and loosin the footage? Thnx.

Hello, regarding the retrieval of the password, the user needs to be retrieved by binding the mailbox number. If you are not bound, you cannot retrieve it. Please note that the binding notification email number and the mailbox binding in account security are not the same. Notification alerts

Notification alerts not working at me too. I think message memory is full but i dont know how to delete messages. I did that once and then alerts started to work again. Any help?

I have now the same problem again.i cant find where i can delete messages,now messages are full again and camera will not record anything. Last time i reset the app and the camera and lost all data,after that it worked fine for a while.

Hello, about not receiving camera notification alerts. First of all, I would like to remind that the camera can only receive 300 notifications a day. If you exceed the limit, you need to go to the APP --- Settings-Alarm settings page to release the alarm authority.
