The GARO Connect is a easy-to use tool for managing charging stations from GARO, in the Entity series. If you are granted access to a charging station, you will need this app either to identify ourself, add RFID tags, monitor your consumption or to find a charging station. If you own a single Entity charging station or manage a whole network of chargingstations on several locations and organizations, you can do most of the administrative tasks in this application.
The same app is also used by the installer of the charging stations, to make configurations, manage dynamic loadmanagement systems on several levels.

Not a good product or App

The device constantly requires factory reset and resetup which is a pain.

The app allows me to disable the charger but if it is left disabled for a few days you cannot re enable the device via the app.

Putting in the WiFi credentials again in case it’s a connectivity issue does nothing. You should show some kind of icon or notification that it has WiFi connected.

Garo don’t offer direct support and the installer has no idea about the App

Reporting tool development need

Reports are not in good level in Garo app. Charging reporting are quit vital specially when you charging company car. There is no report available where you could get time and charged energy amount per day or Even per hour. This type of online reporting tool is needed in future.
The report is one liner PDF file with nice picture today. Addtional or Instead of that I would expect clear raw data .csv or .txt which you could send, modify etc. As you like.

History still shows zero.

How is it so difficult to fix the these simple things?
