Ashley Nowe is a certified prenatal and postnatal corrective exercise specialist, and a mom of 3 (including twins). I’ve been doing her workouts for 3 years. After 2 weeks of starting my back pain was gone, and as long as I’m consistent with the workouts I’m pain free and feeling strong. 💪

Loooove the recipes too (yummy&fast), which are of course included in the app. 😋 Actually, everything is included, you will not get asked to pay more to unlock the next level, pregnancy workout etc.
