Worked well but I could not get boarding passes
It worked otherwise well but I could not get boarding passes to a Norwegian flight in Nizza on 24 Oct.
Never returned money for a cancelled flight
I had a canceled flight booked through Gotogate and I’m deeply disappointed by their lack of customer service. While the airline processed the refund, Gotogate have not returned my money. Despite multiple emails, they have not responded or taken any action to resolve the issue. Please be cautious, as their customer service is non-existent, and they don’t honor refund commitments.

They say the boarding passes will reach the customer 24 hours before departure.. but they only sent it 3 hours before, even the reference number was wrong and I couldn't register my flight in the Norwegian airways app... My experience with them was very bad and I will not deal with them again
