I personally use this whenever I have to practice some scales/arpeggios and theres no chance to do it with an actual guitar. The sound is MIDI based which is good enough, the UI is honestly really old fashioned but it sure gives a tool that you can work on.

I’m not sure what’s the bigger picture for the app to be used for, but I think this is a really basic tool for any user who just wants to practice/play around on the go for a while.

The sounds are in fact digitised from various guitars to give authenticity and the UI follows the design standards to make it intuitive as possible. The bigger picture with this app is to take your guitar playing to the next level. If you need to learn the fretboard you can. If you wan to be able to solo in any key, you can.
