Highkara uutislukija on sovellus uutisten seuraamiseen. Sen avulla voit lukea aihealueittain järjestettyjä uutisotsikoita, avata uutisen selaimessa ja jakaa uutisen. Sovellus hakee uutiset High.fi -uutiskerääjästä. Voit lukea kotimaisten uutislähteiden lisäksi myös ulkomaisten medioiden uutisia. Idealtaan sovellus on vastaava kuin Ampparit tai Uutisvahti. Uutisnäkymää voi mukauttaa asetuksista muun muassa käyttämällä tummaa teemaa ja lukea uutiset kuvausten ja kuvien kera. Myös uutislähteiden ja kategorioiden suodatus on mahdollista. Jos Chrome-selain on asennettuna, voi uutiset avata uuteen välilehteen. Tekstin koon voi asettaa joko puhelimen asetusten mukaan tai erikseen.
