Amazing Game changer!
I have trouble with hyper fixation and keeping track of time. I’ll be working on something for three hours and forget to move. I used to get such awful back pains. Now I’m reminded to get up and stretch and get some water every hour. Really helps with fatigue.
Only downside: it can’t handle time zone changes or daylight savings time. You have to uninstall and reinstall it.
