Video appointment

Having a video appointment is a pain. Have to stay in the app and keep waiting to be sent a request. Why is it not possible to book in advance and just join?

Hi, We are genuinely sorry to hear about your frustration in getttng a video appointment. We do have a feature where you can book in advance and join the appointment. You can access the Scheduler through the iConnectYou app (Android and iOS), or
though the website and place an appointement as per your preferred date and time. We are dedicated to making your experience as smooth as possible. Please feel free to contact us or contact your EAP provider by phone for assistance.
