App is crashing immediately!

After buying the pro version, the app doesn’t work anymore.

Don’t waste your money on this app.

Don’t buy it. I’m getting an error when I upload my link I have the pro version and It doesn’t work. Have contacted them to solve the issue but no reply from them. I tried my link on free players and no issue at all.
