I want my money back

My account was suddenly logged out and couldn’t log back in. There is some kind of bug, since the app doesn’t let you reset the password and will not send the verification code to you no matter what. At least a year of playing actively and many in game purchases gone just like that & the support center doesn’t answer. Looked up and I’m not the only one facing this problem, it has been there for years. When are you going to fix it?
