The best investment that I’ve made for myself!
I’ve only had the app for three months and I already feel that it’s been the best investment that I’ve made for myself in a long time! The classes have been great and it has already helped me keep consistent with my practice everyday. I also love the variety of the classes in the app, I can pick from practicing gentle flows to more challenging vinyasas depending on how I feel each day. Jess is also an amazing teacher and uploads new classes several times a month. I highly recommend it to everyone who likes practicing yoga everyday at home and want to keep consistent with their practice 🧘🏻♀️✨
