Description
Kivra is a free of charge digital postal service, that gathers all your important documents in one secure and easy to use app. You can receive contracts, pay slips, event tickets, invoices and other digital mail to Kivra from over 40 000 companies and public organisations in Finland. On top of this, you can download your own documents to Kivra. Downloading and using Kivra is free of charge.
FREE MOBILE ARCHIVE
Receive digital mail or upload your own documents to Kivra. A secure mobile archive is always with you.
RECEIVE AND PAY INVOICES ON TIME
The app notifies you every time you receive new mail and when the due dates are closing. You can pay invoices directly from Kivra app.
SORT DOCUMENTS BY DIFFERENT CATEGORIES
You can sort all received and uploaded documents into different categories. Documents are also automatically sorted by sender to their own folders.
EVENT TICKETS IN SAFE PLACE AND READY TO USE
You can receive event tickets to Kivra from Tiketti.fi without delivery fee. If you set tickets to offline mode you can use them without internet access and streamline your entry to events.
SHARE YOUR KIVRA WITH OTHERS
By sharing your Kivra with another Kivra user, both of you will be notified when new mail arrives. Additionally, you can both pay shared invoices and have access to same documents.

Version 6.1.1
We have worked hard to ensure our customers a smooth and pleasant user experience of the Kivra service. We fixed all the bugs we could find, added new features and changes to the app — new logo, new design on the Home view, multiple payment options and the possibility to categorize the documents in Kivra.
