Best game

Events are hard if you are not buying diamons but really good game

Eh?

It's very fun at first when you get a lot of free stuff, but then you realize that the game is only money and progressing without paying is extremely difficult. While the gameplay is probably made to be difficult, the "events" are just money vacuums for gullible people. There are also TONS of pop-ups with "amazing" deals such as "save 99,9% on this pack", when it isn't a deal at all and only just a scam to make you think that you're getting a one in a million chance to save money. The storyline is actually pretty good for a dress up game, so I won't complain about that. As a person who wasted multiple hundred dollars on this literal anime-styled dress up game, it really isn't worth it downloading, well, except if you have a lot of money to throw away to cute anime girls and an annoying cat.

Great game but the devs want to kill it

I’ve played Love Nikki on international server for years and I like the gameplay in itself a lot. I think there are a lot of beautiful dresses to acquire and it’s fun to create new combinations and style your own pieces against the backgrounds you’ve collected. I enjoy the story, too.

However, this game is not starter friendly at all. The suits are getting more expensive over time but acquiring the currency is a slow process for F2P player. Besides, many events pretty much require for you to have a pretty wellerounded collection in order to succeed in gameplay.

The part that bugs me the most are the developers, though. There has been several (understandable) boycotts yet no longterm enhancements made by the devs. Even getting the attention of the devs — let alone contacting them — is tricky since the devs don’t really discuss with the player base and the customer service is often of no use.

All this and the inexcusable discrepancies between the treatment of different servers (such as missing free content on ours) make me fear that the developers aren’t interested in keeping our server alive longterm. : ( They just want to make money and nothing else.

Besides, if you put your time and/or money into this game, make sure you’re ready to lose. There is password recovery service and the account binding options are ridiculously limited. Just a serious warning.
