DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.
You sign up for a service that according to their advertisement cost one price, just to be charged five times the cost a week later. Apparently you sign up for a subscription even of you don’t use any of the service they offer. And if you are not quick to end your subscription, which by the way is renewed automatically, you will have to pay this cost every two weeks. I recommend Lumi to absolutely no one. Zero.

Second review I need to write, I already complained about the impossibility of canceling the subscription. I already sent all the information to the email address, and I’m still waiting for someone to even reply. If you have time to write a fake concerned reply on my previous negative review you should have time to just cancel my subscription. Solving the issue is “our top priority”, biggest bs I’ve ever heard.
Update to developer’s reply: yes, I have been trying to cancel my subscription by myself for SEVERAL days now, and I ALWAYS get the same error message and my subscription is not cancelled.

I ordered for a 0,99€ trial. After getting to know the app I wanted to cancel but the app did not show any subscription neither did subscriptions on my phone settings. So I did not do anything else and kind of forgot because I was busy at work. Today I was charged 34,99 USD and still can’t see subscription anywhere! Plus the app does not work or works very slowly. Making an appointment with stylist dos not work at all. Very disappointed.
