When there is product in the back room but not enough employees or enough time to fill the cold-vault, managers can simply create a job request merchandising service. Once this job is created, a MobileMerch Solutions merchandiser can accept this job and a time slot as to when the job will be completed. Upon accepting the job, the merchandiser will arrive at the store, fill the product, receive manager’s approval of the job completed, and earn money. No one dictates your schedule except you.
