The My BASE-app is only accessible for BASE customers via any internet connection. The app is free to download and use. The price for the data usage depends on your monthly plan or prepaid card.

At BASE, we are constantly improving the My BASE app. This version contains a brand-new welcome screen in which you can easily and intuitively chose what you want to do in the app: log in, become a customer, activate a SIM card or set up a login. We also made the FAQ’s more accessible and improved the user experience of some services and fixed some bugs too.
