Vanishing files

I backed up my older laptop and now when I tried to get them back on my new laptop, those files have vanished. Many gigabits of documents and pictures. Gone. Their support organization sends emails promising that their teams are working hard on a solution. This has been going on for weeks. I feel like I have been had. It promised a lot but Use this app at your own risk
