Do you want to organize your visit to the Archaeological Park of Pompeii and discover all the contents dedicated to you and the points of interest? Download MyPompeii, the official app of the Pompeii Archaeological Park

How to log in.
You can access the application without a ticket and discover all the points of interest in Pompeii.
By accessing the application with a ticket, you will be able to take advantage of additional content. In this case, you will be able to access:

• By scanning the QR Code or the barcode shown on the ticket
• Manually enter the order number shown on your ticket

Application functionality by signing in without a ticket.
The Map feature allows you to discover all the points of interest that make the Archaeological Park of Pompeii one of the most important UNESCO World Heritage sites. For each point of interest, you will find descriptions, visiting hours, images, and much more. Within the map, there is an area dedicated to the services and facilities available within the Park.
In the Exhibitions and Routes feature you will find our suggestions for visits, such as dedicated exhibitions and routes.

Application functionality by signing in with a ticket.
All information about your visit will be available within the application, for example, the QR Codes associated with your ticket.
The Map functionality will propose the tour with all the points of interest that can be visited within Pompeii. For each point of interest, you will find audioguides designed for adults and children, descriptions, visiting hours, images, and much more. Within the map, there is an area dedicated to the services and facilities available within the Park.
In the Explore area of the map, you can discover all the points of interest that make the Archaeological Park of Pompeii one of the UNESCO World Heritage sites.

Useless, sadly.

It would have been great if the app has worked as it should have, but it didn’t.

You can’t download the area map to use it offline. You can download audio guides, although there is only weak or no cellular network at all in the area of Pompeii, so you can’t use the map to listen the correct guide, neither can you just pick it from the list because guides are named in English and IRL locations in Italian and names differ a lot. I mean A LOT, ”Jupiter” is ”Giove” and so forth. There could be QR-codes or something at least.

Also seems that the whole app is html-based, so no network practically means no app.

Fortunately I have the whole night time to watch documentaries while lying in a hotel bed
