You can use the application to buy adult, young and children's tickets for Tampere Regional Transport and use the Tampere journey planner.
Tickets are valid in all buses throughout the Tampere Regional Transport travel area. The application is free to download.
Payment is accepted using Visa, Visa Electron or Mastercard cards (debit and credit).

Bad UI/UX experience
Using the app I faced 2 main problems:
- The QR code, why is it small? There is no information for the user that you need to tap it to enhance. And the reading machine, where to place the phone? Is it close to the laser or in the base?
- Not all the busses has the reading machine, so the user has to show to the drivers. Have you tested this experience before? All the info related to the ticket are tiny, the driver can't see when the user is holding the phone to show them the valid ticket.
Benchmark:
- Use colors to differentiate a valid ticket(green/blue) to an expired one(red).
- Design a clear UI for the text information.
- Ask the bus drivers what they think about the app and what can be improved when checking tickets (when the machines doesn't work).
