Parantamista riittää!

Omasta mielestäni sovellus on todella selkeä ja helppokäyttöinen, tai siis jos se toimisi! Aina pitää hyväksyä uudelleen sijainnin käyttäminen, välillä painikkeet eivät toimi, reitin pysäkkejä ei aina pysty selaamaan, joten seuraavassa päivityksessä keskittykää bugejen ja sulavuuden korjaamiseen, EIKÄ MIHINKÄÄN UUSIIN OMINAISUUKSIIN

Bad UI/UX experience

Using the app I faced 2 main problems:

- The QR code, why is it small? There is no information for the user that you need to tap it to enhance. And the reading machine, where to place the phone? Is it close to the laser or in the base?

- Not all the busses has the reading machine, so the user has to show to the drivers. Have you tested this experience before? All the info related to the ticket are tiny, the driver can't see when the user is holding the phone to show them the valid ticket.

Benchmark:

- Use colors to differentiate a valid ticket(green/blue) to an expired one(red).

- Design a clear UI for the text information.

- Ask the bus drivers what they think about the app and what can be improved when checking tickets (when the machines doesn't work).

Appi on toimiva ja ajaa perusasiansa, eli lipun oston ja reitin etsinnän.

Visuaalisesti appi on vuosia jäljessä nykyajasta. Suosittelen tutustumaan HSL:n vastaavaan appiin. Maksaminen e-passilla olisi kiva saada mukaan.

Uusia versio on kehitteillä ja tullaan julkaisemaan tämän vuoden aikana. E-passi ei ainakaan tässä vaiheessa ole suunnitelmissa mukana.
