OmaEloisa is part of the digital services of the South Savo Wellbeing Services County Eloisa. OmaEloisa is there to help and support you in matters related to your well-being around the clock.
The service is available to residents of Etelä-Savo. We also serve leisure residents and tourists.
You can reach social and healthcare professionals through the chat.
Act on behalf of your child or another person.
You can also handle your case with a professional via a pre-booked remote reception.

Digipalvelu hoidon tarpeen arvioinnissa
Nyt on kulunut 8 tuntia siitä kun otin yhteyttä digipalveluun hoidon tarpeen arviointia varten. Periaatteessa ohjelma varmaan toimii, mutta on aivan liian herkkä häiriöille. Chattinäkymät ovat epäselvät siihen asti kunnes Keskustelu oikeasti aukeaa ja jos odotat väärässä näkymässä, koko yhteyden aukeaminen menee ohi. Kameralinkki ei toimi kunnolla ainakaan vanhemmassa IPhonessa. Jos erehdyt sitä käyttämään, et pääsekään takaisin vaan joudut poistamaan apin ja lataamaan ja tunnistautumaan uudestaan. Lisäksi linkkinäppäin on liian herkkä, aukeaa hipaisusta ja taas koko appi menee jumiin. Ja yllätys yllätys! Kun poistat sen ja yrität ladata taas uudestaan, se ei enää lataudu. 8 tuntia turhaa touhua asiakkaalle ja samalla turhaa työtä henkilökunnalle, asiat pitkittyvät eivätkä lopultakaan tule edes valmiiksi.
