The application enables:
- real-time communication
- bookings and payments for common facilities and housing services
- access control
The content varies depending on the service package ordered by the housing company or the property.
The application also works on a web browser at mobile.o4a.fi
Use and login:
Logging into the application is only possible for people whose housing company, real estate or other entity has acquired the service for their use. The housing company or real estate creates access rights to the system, after which the user receives a link in their email for the first login. Please make sure that the housing company or property has the correct email address.
Service content:
The housing company or real estate is responsible for the contents of the application (e.g. texts, images, messages, calendars) and provides additional information regarding for example login, bookings and locking systems. If necessary, reach out to the contact information provided in the application.

Thank you for your message. The app in itself (application features) is available in English, if the language settings have been activated by the property management. For the actual content to be available in English it must also be generated in English by the property management. Please contact your property management for more details on available language options.

Saunakoodit täysin väärät, melkein kaikki ohjeosiot ammottaa tyhjyyttään, ja en nähtävästi ole ensimmäinen enkä toinen joka samaa kirjoittelee niin haluaisikohan joku yrittää korjata asiaa?

Sovelluksen sisällön ylläpito on palvelun hankkineen taloyhtiön vastuulla, eikä One4all ikävä kyllä voi siihen vaikuttaa, vaan vastaamme ainoastaan sovelluksen teknisestä toteutuksesta.
